Community Involvement

Supporting local cleanups

When a neighborhood association, a school, a church or a volunteer group organizes a cleanup day, the hard part is always what to do with the pile at the end. An affordable roll-off from Sameday Dumpster Janesville means the debris leaves the same day, hauled and sorted properly, and the volunteers go home. We support those days across Janesville, Beloit, Milton, Edgerton, Evansville, Clinton, Orfordville, Footville and the towns out to Whitewater, Lake Geneva, Stoughton and Monroe.

The Rock River runs through most of the towns we serve. Keeping debris out of it, and out of the parks and farmland around it, is work we are glad to do.

Responsible disposal

Keeping the area clean also means routing what we haul to the right place. Clean concrete, brick, brush and unpainted lumber go to the Janesville Clean Fill Facility instead of the landfill; appliances and scrap metal go to the landfill's recycling areas; the rest goes to a DNR-licensed landfill. Nothing goes to a random dump, and paint, solvents and chemicals are directed to the Rock County Clean Sweep days rather than the container.
