Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across Rock County and south-central Wisconsin
Every job we do is a roll-off: an open-top steel container that rolls off the back of the truck onto your driveway, lot or job site, sits there while you fill it, and rolls back on when you call. This page is about the box itself — the sizes, the weight, the space it needs and the price — for anyone who just wants to know what they are renting.
The yard is at 1741 Adel St on the south side of Janesville, in the 53546 ZIP. From there Highway 51 runs north through the city to the landfill on Black Bridge Road, Highway 11 crosses east and west, and I-39/90 puts Beloit about 18 minutes away.

How a roll-off works
The truck backs in, tilts its bed and rolls the container off onto the spot you agreed with the driver. The container has a swing door at the back for walking heavy items in and open sides for throwing over. You load it level with the top rail — never above it, because an over-full container cannot be tarped or transported safely or legally — and call when it is done. The truck comes back, winches it on, tarps it and hauls it to the disposal site.
Space is the thing to check before you book: about 60 feet of straight, level run for the truck and 25 feet of overhead clearance. Low branches and power lines are the usual obstacles, and in winter the spot needs to be plowed before the truck arrives.
What the flat price includes
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup and disposal up to the stated tonnage. The three things that add to it are going over the included weight (charged per ton at the landfill rate — $46 a ton at the Janesville landfill in 2026), keeping the container past the rental window, and prohibited items found in the load. We explain all three on the first call. The old site never published a price list and neither does this one: the quote on the phone is the price.

Roll-off rental across five counties — one honest note
Where the box tips depends on where the job is. Rock County loads go to the Janesville landfill on Black Bridge Road — the only licensed landfill in the county, $46 a ton, closed Sundays. Walworth and Jefferson County loads can go there or to a DNR-licensed private landfill (Mallard Ridge in Delavan, Deer Track Park in Watertown), neither of which publishes its gate fees. Stoughton and Oregon loads can tip at the Dane County landfill in Madison, which takes Dane County waste only. Monroe and Brodhead loads go to the Green County Landfill in Brodhead, which refuses concrete, brick and dirt and requires sorted loads. We price it flat either way; we just will not pretend every town is the same run.

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
What is the difference between a roll-off and a regular dumpster?
A regular commercial dumpster is a front-load bin emptied on a route every week. A roll-off is a temporary open-top container delivered for a job and hauled away when you are done.
How full can I load it?
Level with the top rail. Anything above it cannot be tarped or transported safely, and the driver will have to leave it or ask you to unload it.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Agree the spot with us in advance, keep it clear, and the driver sets it down. Same for pickup.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day in Janesville, Beloit and the Rock County towns when you call before noon; next morning for the Walworth, Jefferson, Dane and Green County towns, sometimes the same afternoon if a truck is already heading that way.
What does a roll-off cost in Janesville?
A flat rate quoted on the phone that covers delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage for the size you pick — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Overage is per ton at the landfill rate. Call (608) 530-0711 with the address and what is going in and you will have a number before you hang up.
