Information we collect

When you call, email or book, we collect what the job needs: your name, phone number, email, the delivery address and the project details (container size, dates, what is going in). Our website also records the usual non-personal data — browser and device type, IP address and region, referring page and pages viewed — to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and deliver your rental; to answer questions and send service updates; to improve the website; and, only if you have opted in, to tell you about offers. We keep records for customer service and legal compliance. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Cookies, analytics and the quote widget

The site uses cookies and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve content. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information. The quote and chat widget on the site is run by a third-party provider that passes what you type into it to us so we can call you back. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then work differently.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the providers needed to complete your job — payment processors, email and scheduling tools, and delivery partners — all of whom must handle it securely. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Retention and security

We keep records as long as needed to fulfil the service, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. The site is served over SSL and internal systems are password-protected and restricted to authorized staff. No online transmission is perfectly secure, and we review our systems regularly.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing messages, or withdraw consent for processing where it applies. Contact us at info@samedaydumpsterjanesville.com or (608) 530-0711 and we will respond within 30 days.

Third-party links

Pages on this site link to official resources — the City of Janesville, other city and village governments, the counties, the Wisconsin DNR. Their privacy practices are their own; review them before sharing information there.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. Updates take effect when posted here.
