Services

Sameday Dumpster Janesville provides temporary roll-off dumpster rental — delivery, placement, pickup and disposal of non-hazardous material — and crew-loaded junk removal, across Janesville, Rock County and the towns of Walworth, Jefferson, Dane and Green counties listed on this site. All rentals are subject to availability and to the rules of the municipality where the container is placed, including any ordinance licensing who may haul there.

Booking and payment

Customers agree to give accurate information: the delivery address, placement instructions and what will go in the container. Payment is taken when the booking is confirmed to secure the delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards; declined or late payment may delay or cancel service. Prices are in US dollars and include delivery, pickup and disposal within the stated weight allowance. Additional charges apply for excess weight (per ton at the disposal facility's rate), extended rental and prohibited material.

Rental period and extensions

The standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Extensions are available at a daily or weekly rate. Call or text before the end of the rental period to schedule pickup or extend. Municipal limits override ours where they are shorter — the City of Janesville caps a street placement at two weeks, Fort Atkinson caps a residential placement at 30 days.

Use of the container

Load level with the top rail, keep access clear for pickup and do not move the container once placed. You may not place a container on public property without the permit the municipality requires. Prohibited items — hazardous waste, paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, electronics, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, propane tanks, fuel containers, pressurized cylinders, tires, major appliances, medical waste, and anything else Wisconsin Statutes §287.07 bans from landfills — may not be placed in the container; doing so incurs disposal fees and may carry legal penalties. Asphalt shingles, concrete, asphalt and yard waste may not be mixed into a general-debris container and must be booked as their own load. Customers are responsible for blocked or overloaded containers.

Property and placement

We take care in placement and use boards under the rails on paved surfaces. Customers accept responsibility for surface damage to driveways, lawns or curbs unless protective measures were requested before delivery, and for ensuring the surface can bear a loaded container, including in frozen or thawing conditions. The drop spot must be clear of vehicles, and clear of snow in winter.

Permits and local compliance

Where a container will sit in a public right-of-way, the placement must be authorized by the municipality. In the City of Janesville the Dumpster Permit is applied for by the container owner, so we file it with the customer's cooperation; the customer agrees to the permit's conditions, including removing the container from the street during a snow emergency. In other municipalities the customer is responsible for obtaining the required permission, with our help. Permit fees and bonds are passed through to the customer.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or missed deliveries may incur a service fee. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

Liability

Sameday Dumpster Janesville is not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from improper use or loading of a container, failure to comply with local law or permit requirements, weather, natural disasters or unforeseen delays, or customer negligence during the rental. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question.

Website and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully; do not attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with it. Text, images and logos on samedaydumpsterjanesville.com belong to Sameday Dumpster Janesville and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent.

Governing law and changes
