Affiliate Disclosure and Terms of Referral Relationship

Our business model

Sameday Dumpster Janesville is a referral and marketing service based in Janesville, Wisconsin. We help homeowners, contractors and businesses connect with licensed, independent dumpster rental providers throughout Janesville and the surrounding Rock County area. We do not own or operate dumpsters, trucks or waste disposal facilities. Our role is to simplify your search by connecting you with reliable local providers who can deliver the right roll-off dumpster for your project.

How we earn compensation

When you request a quote or call our phone number, we may share your information with one or more independent service providers who offer dumpster rentals in your area. In some cases Sameday Dumpster Janesville may receive a referral fee, commission or similar compensation if you choose to rent a dumpster through one of those providers. That compensation supports our advertising, website operations and customer support so we can keep offering a free and convenient referral service.

No additional cost to you

You do not pay anything extra for using our referral service. The pricing you receive comes directly from the local dumpster rental provider, not from Sameday Dumpster Janesville. Whether we receive compensation or not does not affect your quoted price or the service options available to you.

Independent service providers

Each service provider we connect you with operates as an independent company. They are not employees, contractors or agents of Sameday Dumpster Janesville. They are responsible for their own licensing and insurance; pricing, scheduling and operations; compliance with local waste disposal regulations; and customer service, delivery and pickup performance. While we aim to connect you with reputable providers, we cannot control or guarantee the services delivered by third parties.

Accuracy and objectivity

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Details such as pricing, dumpster sizes and availability may change as local providers update them. Where this site describes a city, village or county rule — about placement, permits, who may haul or what a landfill accepts — it summarizes what that government's own published code or web page said when we read it, with the department and phone number to confirm. Codes change; confirm the rules for your address before delivery. Nothing here is legal advice. Our goal is to connect you with a dependable dumpster rental service, not to favor one provider over another unfairly; recommendations are made in good faith based on availability, service standards and your project needs.

Your responsibility as the customer

By using this website or calling our number, you acknowledge that Sameday Dumpster Janesville operates as a referral and marketing service, not a direct dumpster provider; that any agreement, billing or warranty is between you and the selected service provider; and that you should verify licensing, insurance and pricing before confirming your rental.

No liability for third-party actions

Sameday Dumpster Janesville is not responsible for any damages, losses or disputes that may occur between you and a referred service provider. This includes property damage during delivery or pickup; service delays, missed appointments or cancellations; and additional charges, overages or billing disputes. Your use of our referral service is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Testimonials

This site does not publish invented testimonials or star ratings. Any review quoted will be a real, attributed one used with permission.
